Leeds-based Scholes Community Care uses Windmill Coaches for at least four annual trips for our coffee club, every year, and has done for many years past. There's always a coach full of people and, apart from a couple, these people are well into their seventies, eighties and even nineties!

The quality of the modern coaches can't be faulted and the special wheelchair lift is invaluable. The excellence of the service is second-to-none, along with the quality of the driving. The drivers give a top-class service, smiling whilst helping to pack wheelchairs, mobility scooters and walkers into the luggage compartment, taking care of the passengers and always ensuring that we 'belt up' as we settle into the comfortable seats. At the end of every single one of our trips we can all go home saying that we have had a really good day.

Just a quick note to thank you for the continued support Windmill Community Transport gives to our Residents. By getting our more vulnerable members out and about on a regular basis we can tick many of the boxes we have for improved outcomes - social isolation, choice wellbeing and participation.

Please pass on our thanks to both drivers who have become an integral part of the scheme. The residents really do appreciate the personal service they get from Graham & Graham. We now consider Windmill Community Transport as an old friend, rather than just a business providing a service.

What we especially like is :

You always have plenty of wheelchairs for our less able
The side lift means we can get people on our trips that would otherwise be housebound
You are competitively priced, and give value for money
You always give good advice as to where to take our clients
You are prepared to go out of your way to help

And let's face it with the bus painted 'that' colour there is no way we're ever going to lose anyone on the trip!
